Data Processing & Storage

Local Processing

Our GPU-based services process data locally on our hardware infrastructure based in Europe. Audio files submitted for transcription are processed in memory and deleted immediately after the transcript is generated, unless you explicitly opt-in to storage for quality improvement.

Chatbot Data

For the AI chatbot service, we store vector embeddings of your website content to enable semantic search and response generation. This data is stored securely and can be deleted upon request or service termination.

Live Chat + WhatsApp Notifications

Messages routed through the WhatsApp bridge are stored for the duration specified in your plan (30 days to unlimited depending on tier). Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics services that help us operate.
  • WhatsApp/Meta: For WhatsApp bridge functionality, messages are processed through Meta's Cloud API per their terms.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

  • Account Data: Retained while account is active + 2 years for legal compliance
